Founder & Managing Principal, HRBenefits Services, Inc. With over 25 years ofleadership in the employee benefits industry, Mario Roiz is a recognized expertin managed care, alternate funding strategies, and underwriting. Before founding HRBenefits Services, he spent 15 years with top-tier insurance carriers, including CAC-Ramsey (Florida’s firstlicensed HMO), AvMed Health Plan, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida. During this time, he played a pivotal role in shaping the HMO landscape, helping to introduce the first generation of managed healthcare to onetenth ofthe Florida market. Mario is one ofthe industry’s most credentialed professionals, holding three prestigious designations: ✔REBC (Registered Employee Benefits Consultant) ✔RHU (Registered Health Underwriter) ✔CHC (Chartered HealthCare Consultant) – A designation developed postAffordable Care Act, equipping advisors with advanced knowledge in compliance,taxation, and legislative impacts. His expertise and leadership have earned him numerous sales and management awards, along with active roles in key industry advisory councils, including:

Vivian Roiz – Co- Managing Partner & Chief Financial Officer, HR Benefits Services With over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Vivian Roiz is a seasoned leader dedicated to helping businesses navigate the complexities of benefits consulting. As Co-Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of HR Benefits Services, she plays a crucial role in overseeing financial strategy, operational efficiency, and client relations . Throughout her career, Vivian has worked closely with businesses, providing tailored benefits solutions that drive employee satisfaction and busines s success. Her expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning ensures that HR Benefits Services delivers innovative and cost- effective programs to its clients. Yordy Rivero, serves as the Chief Operating Officer of HR Benefits. With over 25 years in human resources, she’s known for her expertise in strategic planning, HR management, employee benefits, executive coaching, and building teams that thrive. Her career began at a large construction company with over 900 employees, where she took on leadership roles in policy development, training, and employee growth. She’s been a speaker at national conferences, sharing her insights on HR best practices.
Serves as the Chair of the South Dade Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Health & Wellness Fair and other capacities. She’s also active in professional organizations like SHRM (Society of Human Resources and the National Association of Women in Construction service in different Board capacities and regional roles. -
Jorge Rivero began his career with the US Department of Labor in 1978 serving as District Director for South Florida. His duties included the enforcement, compliance, education and information programs conducted under the statutory authority for the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act and others. Mr. Rivero is currently an independent Federal Labor Law Consultant and a member of the South Florida Compensation and Benefits Association
